Marriott's chosen partner

Scandinavian Hospitality Management AS (SHM) has a partnership and Master Development Agreement with the leading hospitality company, Marriott International.

The companies have a long-standing relationship and SHM is the operator of the following Marriott branded hotels: the Renaissance in Malmo, Sweden and the Courtyard in Stockholm, Sweden. In addition, SHM will be the operator of two properties that are currently under development and owned by Inter IKEA, which are a Courtyard in Gdynia, Poland and a Courtyard in Amsterdam, Netherlands. SHM is also the operator the new Marriott Helsinki in Finland.
